Russian and Japanese leaders to discuss ISIS at APEC summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese prime Minister Shinzo Abe will discuss joint efforts to fight ISIS at an APEC summit, said Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
