President of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro said yesterday that the U.S. and its allies were causing the fall of oil prices to harm Russia and Venezuela, TASS reports.He believes that oil prices will start going up again. Venezuela called for an urgent OPEC meeting nd has prepared a plan to improve the situation.
