Iraq to open its air space for anti-ISIL coalition except for UAE

The Iraqi authorities have agreed to open the country's air space for military operations against the Islamic State of the members of the international coalition, except for the United Arab Emirates, Iraqi Prime Minister Heider Al-Abadi says.
