2015 declared Neutrality and Peace Year in Turkmenistan

The Turkmen Council of Elders has declared that 2015 will be the Year of Neutrality and Peace. The UN General Assembly passed a resolution on the neutrality of Turkmenistan on December 12, 1995. Its 20th anniversary will be marked in 2015, Turkmenistan: Zolotoy Vek reports.
