CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha told the 10th International Conference on Terrorism and Electronic Media that the international anti-terrorist coalition was splitting, while terrorist organizations were consolidating, TASS reports.

He blamed Obama for breaking the coalition. Al-Qaeda and small organizations were joining ISIS, added Bordyuzha.
