Rasheed Temrezov says KCR is carrying out May decrees of president

 

Karachay-Cherkessia is carrying out May decrees of president according to plan, despite a certain budget deficit, the head of the republic Rasheed Temrezov declared today. "May decrees" is the wide program of development of social guarantees which Vladimir Putin published in 2012 right after his inauguration, keeping his election pledges. A year later, after signing decrees, the government has fulfilled them a little more than two thirds. Putin explained that the level of the objectives had deliberately been overestimated.
