Jaksybekov named Astana mayor

Adilbek Jaksybekov, an ex-state secretary of Kazakhstan, has become the new mayor of Astana. His predecessor at the mayor’s office Imangali Tsmagambetov became the defense minister of the country today, Trend reports.
