Russian foreign minister says EU countries should have no non-citizens

 

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a meeting with members of the Youth Public Chamber that there should be no non-citizens in Estonia and Latvia. He emphasized that the rights of Russians should be protected wherever they live, TASS reports.The minister expressed concerns about human rights in Ukraine.
