SOCAR platform explodes on Caspian Sea

Platform N441 of SOCAR's Narimanneft has exploded after a fire today. The fire has been put out. Rescuers are searching for 12 people who fell into the water from the platform. Five people have been hospitalized, SOCAR reports.
