40 liters of hemp found in apartment in Krasnodar Territory

An aluminum container with 40 liters of dry hemp was found in an apartment of a 47-year-old resident of Olginskaya (Primorsko-Akhtarsky District, Krasnodar Territory). The owner of the container has previous criminal records. He has not explained where he got the hemp from, Yuga.ru reports.
