Explosion at Abkhaz State Security Service

A boiler exploded at the State Security Service of Abkhazia. Zviad Lagvilava, the head of a squad of special forces was killed by a collapsed wall. His body was found three hours after the explosion and taken to Kutaisi. The blast was not a result of a terrorist attack, Interfax reports.
