Delayed-construction hotel to open in Maikop

A hotel named “Tourist” is ready to be opened in Maikop; its construction took 40 years. The 12-storey building began being built in the 1970s. However, over the course of 35 years the hotel wasn’t in demand. Construction was renewed in 2011 by the holding Europa-Invest. Soon the construction was delayed again due to legal problems.

At the moment the building is being constructed without delays. The hotel will have 100 rooms, including offices, a fitness center, restaurants and conference halls.
