Russia wants UN to prevent glorification of fascism

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov said that prevention of pardoning of nationalism and fascism glorification should be discussed at the UN level. Gatilov’s statement referred to developments in Ukraine.

He reminded that the topic had been raised at many fora over the years.

The deputy minister does not rule out that a new session on Ukraine may soon start at the UN Security Council. The latest such session was held two days ago.
