Azerbaijan refuses to sell gasoline to Kazakhstan

The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) does not plan to export gasoline to Kazakhstan due to the lack of the needed fuel volumes, Report.az reports.Kazakhstan reached an agreement to purchase Azerbaijani gasoline. Kazakhstani Deputy Energy Minister Uzakbay Karabalin said that KazMunayGas needed fuel and could compensate the deficit using imports from Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan. An agreement to import 69,000 tons of gasoline was reached, according to the deputy minister.
