Review of the Armenian mass media for October 23 – 29

 

The main subject in all the Armenian mass media in the past week was the Friday meeting of the main "three" opposition parties, and also the events preceding it and following it.The newspaper "Chorrord Ishkhanutyun" wrote: "In recent days the main thought of the statements of republicans of different caliberso was that they aren't afraid of the public movement begun by the "three".The editor of the newspaper "Aravot" notes: "Constantly repeating situations in Armenia remain unresolved over two decades, the same problems, invariable political rhetoric and style of behavior: from the authorities – Brezhnevian and stagnant, from the opposition – aggressive and revolutionary, all this suggests that it is necessary to look for more fundamental, more basic decisions, than the present political elite offer.
