Anatoly Bibolov to head South Ossetian delegation at elections in Novorossiya

 

Speaker of the South Ossetian Parliament Anatoly Bibilov will head the South Ossetian delegation at the elections in the Donetsk and the Luhansk oblasts. The delegation will include officials of the Foreign Ministry and the Central Electoral Commission, RIA Novosti reports.Bibilov noted that Donbass should feel support in its attempts to restore order, make life free and safe.Heads of Novorossiya will be elected on November 2.
