Vnukovo dispatcher charged The official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Vladimir Markin said that the Vnukovo dispatcher Alexander Kruglov has been charged in the case investigating the crash of the Falcon airplane. Kruglov was charged with the violation of safety rules which led to causalities.
