Council of Europe information office to close in Baku

The information office of the Council of Europe in Azerbaijan is
closing, APA reports. The close is due to CE changes.

The structural changes started after the appointment of Secretary
General Thorbjorn Jagland. The information offices of the CE will
close in all South European members of the organziation..The
Azerbaijani office has been operating since November 4, 2002.
