Reconstruction of Tskhinvali water disposal system goes slow

South Ossetian Prime Minister Vadim Brovcev held a meeting on the
infrastructure of the Tskhinvali to examine reconstruction work on the
Edis-Tskhinvali conduit and the water disposal system. The conduit
supplies drinking water to the South Ossetian capital. Brovcev doubts
that reconstruction works will be finished by the end of 2010 due to
the slow progress being made, reports IA Res.
