Militant killed in Kabardino-Balkaria

A militant has been killed in Chegem-2 (Kabardino-Balkaria) after failed negotiations to persuade him to give up. A counter-terrorism operation regime was declared in the area at 3.30pm yesterday when the militant was surrounded in a building by police, RIA Novosti reports.
