Kazakhstan prepares for Ebola

Kazakhstani sanitary and epidemiological services are ready for Ebola outbreaks, according to Alim Aykimbayev, deputy director of the Science and Practice Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise and Monitoring. The chief sanitary doctor of Kazakhstan released an order with strict regulations in case anyone with Ebola symptoms is found.Airports are screening temperatures of all passengers, but such measures are pointless if an infected person has not started showing symptoms.According to the WHO, over 5,000 out of 13,703 people infected with Ebola have died. Most people died in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone.
