Kazakhstan blocks websites encouraging terrorism and warfare in Ukraine. Kazakhstani laws do not allow citizens to engage in combat abroad, even if they do not act as mercenaries. Violators of the law may get up to 7 years of jail. The Kazakhstani Prosecutor General's Office said that citizens were still engaging in combat in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Ukraine, despite the punishments they may get, RIA Novosti reports.
