Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia asks citizens to think about returning home

 

Armenian citizens will now be able to receive a certificate of homecoming at any Armenian diplomatic mission, the deputy minister of foreign affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan declared during a meeting of the government  today.A certificate on homecoming is a document temporarily replacing an international passport in the case of its loss or the expiration of its period of validity abroad.
