Dollar price exceeds 48 rubles

The price of the dollar on the Moscow Exchange increased to 48.14 rubles at 10.01am and slightly dropped to 47.54 rubles at 10.26am. The euro price reached 59.47 rubles after the ruble rallied to 58.95 for a euro.
