US Secretary of State calls for successful relations with Russia

Russia and Western powers should find common ground in the face of such threats as extremism, nuclear proliferation and infectious diseases, US Secretary of State John Kerry is quoted as saying.

"It is in our common interests to join our efforts to struggle against such threats as extremism, nuclear proliferation, epidemics etc. We should all enjoy peace and stability, " Kerry said.

According to Kerry, a new cold war will damage the current world order.
