Russia lowers forecasts for oil price by $10

The Russian Central Bank has lowered forecasts for Urals oil prices from $104.8 to $95 per barrel in 2015, from $103.1 to $94 in 2016, from $102.5 to $92 in 2017, Interfax reports.
