Georgian president to make special speech at parliament on November 14

Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili will make a special speech at the parliament about the political situation in the parliament at 12.00pm, according to Speaker of Parliament David Usupashvili. The president will take 30 minutes to deliver the message, RIA Novosti reports.
