Major-general of aviation, twice Hero of the Soviet Union Talgat Begeldinov has died aged 92 in Almaty.KazakhstanI president Nursultan Nazarbayev expressed condolences to Begeldinov's family, having noted that with his military feats the pilot had glorified himself and the people, and after returning to peaceful life fruitfully worked in the sphere of civil aviation.
