Ingushetia shuts down small oil refineries

Ingushetia has shut down all its small oil refineries due to their lack of required documents, uncertainty in production and violations of fire safety rules. Two illegal refineries were closed and criminal cases were initiated against their owners. Three more refineries will lose their licenses, RIA Novosti reports.

Ingush Leader Yunus-bek Yevkurov ordered executives to deactivate all machinery at the closed-down refineries. He warned that illegal business, theft and illegal processing of oil would continue as long as the refineries remain.
