Dollar price starts rising again

The dollar to ruble rate gained 0.59 rubles, amounting to 46.46 rubles at the Moscow Exchange at 12.53pm, after the ruble fell on Friday and Monday. The euro price increased by 0.80 rubles to 57.60 rubles.
