A 20-year-old native from Buryatia was detained in the Krasnodar Territory for vandalizing the Eternal Flame Memorial in Krymsk. He burned commemoration flowers and wrote insults on the tomb of 288 Soviet soldiers in early November, The police found propaganda booklets in his apartment, local prosecutors say.
