Ali Shamkhani says Obama did write to the Iranian authorities

The Iranian authorities have answered several messages sent by U.S. President Barack Obama. This was announced by the secretary of the Supreme Council of National Security of the IRI, Ali Shamkhani, thus admitting the existence of letters from the American president to the Iranian leadership.The question was put to Shakhmani by journalists in the context of information which appeared recently about a letter sent by Obama to the spiritual leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. In it the U.S. President emphasized that the IRI and America are interested in a victory over the terrorist group Islamic State, Trend points out.
