U.S. fully approves Georgian policy

U.S. Ambassador to Georgia Richard Norland has met new Georgian Foreign Minister Tamar Beruchashvili and expressed full support for Georgia’s foreign policy. He said that the new minister had a clear understanding of the foreign course and the situation in Ukraine. In his words, they discussed Abkhazia and South Ossetia, News Georgia reports.

Beruchashvili focused on the participation of Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili in the first session of the Georgia-EU Association Council set for November 17. The PM will then meet NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
