Chechnya to start car accident awareness campaign on November 16

 

Grozny will start a campaign on ca accident awareness on November 16, the World Day of Remembrance. The campaign includes social advertisements, videos before films in cinemas, flash mobs. Minister for Youth Affairs Murat Tagiyev believes that everyone should take part in the initiative, the website of the Chechen government and leader reports.In his words, it was hard to find a man whose friend or relative who had never been in a car accident. The minister noted that careless drivers and pedestrians were often the cause of accidents.Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov had said earlier at meetings on traffic safety that clerics and members of public organizations should take part in preventing car accidents. He added that everyone should contribute to prevention of accidents.
