Blast attempt in Dagestan

Unidentified perpetrator tried to blow up a store in the village of Hebla in Dagestan last night at 23.55, Interfax reports. He threw an explosive devise on the roof of the building. No one was hurt in the explosion, the damage to the store is negligible.
