Ministry for Emergencies warns drivers to be cautious in fog

Directorates of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies in Karachay-Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkaria and the Stavropol Territory warned drivers to be cautious on the road due to a dense fog. Pedestrians were warned to be more careful when crossing the street.
