U.S. vice president and Turkish president to discuss Syrian crisis

U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet in Ankara on November 17 and discuss formation of a no-fly zone over the northern part of Syria, support for the Free Syrian Army, efforts against ISIS, Trend reports.
