Teacher detained over grenade explosion at Almaty college

The teacher (born in 1967) during whose class a grenade exploded at a fashion and design college in Almaty has been temporarily detained and is currently testifying. The police have two criminal cases under investigation: acquisition and storage of weapons and explosives and negligent homicide, RIA Novosti reports.
