Instability in North Caucasus to last ten years - North Ossetian leader

Issues of ethnic conflict were the point of focus of North Ossetian
President Taymuraz Mamsurov's interview with the Kommersant newspaper.
Terrorists create an instability to destroy Russia, to frighten
citizens, said Mamsurov. This instability won't disappear in the next
ten years, he added. Mamsurov urged the elimination any kind of ethnic
or faith tension that leads to conflict. "This is a war!", he said.
Special forces should learn how to fight in such specific conditions,
and citizens should learn how to live during the war, he added.
