Kazakhstani president makes unscheduled inspection of Armed Forces

 

Nursultan Nazarbayev, the president of Kazakhstan and the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, and I.N. Tasmagambetov, the defense minister, initiated an unscheduled inspection of the Armed Forces on the night of November 18-19. Over 3,000 soldiers, 400 vehicles and 36 aircraft units were mobilized, Tengrinews.kz reports.The defense minister and the General Staff monitored the two-day military maneuvers, checked the mobility of the military.
