Russian minister says country lost some $140 billion from sanctions

Russian Minister for Finances Anton Siluanov said at an international financial-economic forum on Monday that sanctions caused losses of about $40 billion a year and falling oil prices (by 30%) caused losses of about $90-100 billion, TASS reports.
