Ingushetia’s Armkhi gains international approval

The Armkhi Resort of Ingushetia was given international approval as a world-standard resort on November 21. Uruslan Jarashtiyev, an official of the Federation of Mountain Skiing and Snowboarding of Russia, Stanislav Aristov, the head of the Ingush Committee for Tourism, and Abdullah Tsitskiyev, the head of the Armkhi Search and Rescue Group, attended the ceremony of awarding the international certificate.

Jarashtiyev called it a significant event for tourism in the North Caucasus. The resort plans to host international skiing competitions.
