U.S. State Department urges Armenia and Azerbaijan to make peace

Spokesman of the U.S. State Department Jeff Rathke has urged Armenia and Azerbaijan to put all efforts into peace negotiations to settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and refrain from any further tensions, RIA Novosti reports.
