Abkhaz PM visits Donetsk Oblast

Abkhaz Prime Minister Beslan Butba is visiting Donetsk with a group of delegates to meet with Alexander Zakharchenko, the head of the region, and Alexander Kofman, the foreign minister. They will have closed-door talks, TASS reports.
