Militant leader arrested in Ingushetia

The Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia in the North Caucasus Federal District has arrested Issu Khalshagulov, one of the leaders of the illegal organization "Imarat Kavkaz", RIA Novosti reports, citing the FSB.
