Investigation Committee out of Russian General Prosecutor's Office sub-ordinance

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the reform of the
Investigation Committee attached to the General Prosecutor's Office.
The Investigation Committee will no longer be under General
Prosecutor's Office sub-ordinance.
