Sergei Mikheyev: “The Caspian countries need a united information space”

Sergei Mikheyev, the deputy chairman of the editorial board of Vestnik Kavkaza, the Director General of the Institute for Caspian Cooperation, expressed his view about the necessity of a united Caspian information space.
