Russian sports minister declares time for changes in football

Russian Minister for Sports Vitaly Mutko said that it was time for changes in Russian football. Football reforms will be discussed at a session of the RFU in December, Sport-Express reports.

Mutko noted that talks about the future of the Russian national football team and its new chief coach will only start after Capello gets his salary.
