Russian FM calls on Council of Europe to investigate human rights violations in Ukraine

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says Russia calls on the Council of Europe to start an investigation into cases of human rights violations in Ukraine, TASS reports on Friday.

The statement was made today following the minister's meeting with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
