NATO calls Russian convoys in Ukraine violators

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that humanitarian convoys of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies in Donbas were a violation of Ukraine’s territorial integrity. In Stoltenberg’s words, the best humanitarian aid for the east of Ukraine would be to respect the ceasefire agreement, TASS reports.
